Disabled Market Watch window

You have downloaded NetTradeX and setup a Trading Account but your Market Watch window is not not active:

 

 

  1. Activate your Real trading account (NetTradeX only)

     

    Request a NetTradeX trading account activation by sending us a copy of your photo ID (passport, driver's license).

     

    Please use the Email to IFC Markets webform: select "Real account activation" webform topic and follow the instructions.

     

    You may also fax your photo ID to +44 20 7681 3145 quoting your NetTradeX Real account number.

  3. If your account had already been activated - such a window would mean the trade is suspended due to a weekend/holidays break. Please see the Trading times section.
