The technical analysis of the Apple stock price chart on daily timeframe shows #S-AAPL: Daily is rising to test the 200-day moving average MA(200) which is starting to tilt upward itself. We believe the bullish momentum will continue after the price breaches above the upper boundary of Donchian channel at 155.44. This level can be used as an entry point for placing a pending order to buy. The stop loss can be placed below the fractal low at 142.12. After placing the order, the stop loss is to be moved every day to the next fractal low, following Parabolic signals. Thus, we are changing the expected profit/loss ratio to the breakeven point. If the price meets the stop loss level (142.12) without reaching the order (155.44), we recommend cancelling the order: the market has undergone internal changes which were not taken into account.

Apple share price rose despite news of a lawsuit over Apple Pay. Will the Apple stock price continue rebounding?
The Affinity Credit Union, an Iowa-based chartered credit union, filed a class-action complaint in a federal court over Apple Pay. The complaint alleges that Apple prevents consumers from using competing mobile wallets capable of offering alternative tap and pay solutions. Iowa's Affinity Credit Union states that Apple's anti-competitive conduct forced the more than 4,000 banks and credit unions that use Apple Pay to pay at least $1 billion in excess fees annually for the privilege. It also contends that Apple's conduct minimized the incentive for the iPhone producer to make Apple Pay work better and make it more resistant to security breaches. Nevertheless the stock price closed higher over day despite the news. Legal expenses and potential fines and loss of fee income are bearish for a company stock price. However the current setup is bullish for the stock price.
